Ours is the story of one classic dilemma, two enduring passions, and one universal dream.
The twin passions are chicken. And eggs. And they sent us on a 7 year journey to find the most interesting and delicious ways to prepare them.
Next we dreamed of having a place where we could synthesize these recipes into something our local patrons would find remarkable and comfortable at the same time. We named this dream “The Nest”.
And the “classic dilemma”? Well, even after all these years, it remains just that:
